Travelling in India requires patience, understanding and flexibility. Our itineraries sometimes change during the course of the year for seasonal reasons or due to local circumstances. We will not always be able to advise you in advance of these changes and we ask for your understanding and patience. Please confirm itinerary dose to departure date with Mani Mahesh Travels to avoid disappointment or confusion. Mani Mahesh Travels reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary, mode of transport and type of accommodation in case of unavoidable circumstances. Mani Mahesh Travels and all its employees and booking agents shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury or accident that may occur due to unforeseen or unprecedented reasons, including natural calamities. In such eventualities, guests/travellers shall bear their own risks and covers. All the matters are restricted to Chamba jurisdiction only. In booking with Mani Mahesh Travels, you understand that we contract with a network of companies, government agencies and individuals to assist us in the running of our trips. To the best of Mani Mahesh Travel's knowledge, these third parties are qualified to perform their duties they are contracted to perform. Mani Mahesh Travels will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or irregularity that may occur due to the behaviour of these third parties.
Inherent dangers Mani Mahesh Travels run adventure and exploratory holidays in northern India, where the standard of accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, medical facilities, |
telecommunications, infrastructure and other factors may not be of the same standard you would expect at home. In booking with Mani Mahesh Travels
you are accepting these dangers and conditions.Health and fitness
Some of our trips can be physically demanding and you should be in peak physical condition to undertake them, especially the trekking and mountaineering itineraries. If you have any physical or medical conditions that may limit your ability to participate fully in the trip's activities, please consult with Mani Mahesh Travels prior to booking your trip. For older passengers we stress that some of our accommodation and transport is not as you would find on a conventional tour package and can be demanding. Physical activities are often part of our itineraries, so optimum physical health is a pre-requisite. If unsure, please contact Mani Mahesh Travels directly.
Complaints If there is something you are not happy with whilst on your trip, please contact Mani Mahesh Travels immediately so we can attempt to rectify the problem. Validity
All information in this brochure is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing. Cancellation by the traveller
Loss of monies paid applies to all cancelled reservations. No refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave the trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilised.

Booking and payment
- To book your trip, you need to make a non-refundable deposit of half the trip cost quoted to you by Mani Mahesh Travels. If less than 15 days prior to departure date, full payment is required You must make your final payment no less than 15 days prior to departure, or we may consider your booking cancelled.
Details - International Travellers
- before we can confirm your booking you must advise us of your passport number, date of issue and expiry, date of birth, nationality, email address and any pre-existing medical conditions.
